Privacy & Confidentiality

New Horizons Mediation Group is known as Private Party Mediation. Your information and case will be kept private and confidential.

Voluntary Participation

Mediation is 100% voluntary and boasts an average success rate of 70-80%.

Length of Mediation

Each mediation case is different and we want to make sure we deliver the best service possible. Most mediations can be done in as little as one session or can span over several sessions. Contact us and we will be happy to discuss your case with you.

Fees

We offer an easy and straightforward fee schedule that doesn't leave you guessing. Our fees are $200 per hour for mediation. This does not include any legal filing or court associated fees (if applicable). 

**We offer limited monthly slots that are income based sliding scale. Contact us for more information.**

Accessibility

We are primarily a virtual-based mediation provider. For those that do not have internet access, we have the capability to offer telephonic mediation. We can host in-person mediation sessions upon special request (additional fees will be incurred).

How is Mediation Different from Arbitration or Litigation?

Unlike arbitration or litigation (court), mediation is a cooperative approach to resolving disagreements or disputes. The mediator does not make a decision but helps the parties negotiate a resolution.
